Claude Adoption Program · For Claude Team & Enterprise

In 90 days, we'll help your team become AI-first superheroes.

Adoption is not as high as you hoped, and people aren't sure how to successfully apply Claude to their work.

The problem

You bought the licenses. The work didn't change.

A few people use Claude well. Most tried it once and went back to the old way.

Seats sit unused

Licenses renew whether or not anyone uses them.

Demos don't transfer

People watch a product demo and can't connect it to their own job.

The tool keeps changing

Claude adds features every few weeks. No internal team can keep up alone.

The 90 days

Four stages, built on your business

We start with what you sell, how you make money and where the hours go. Then we show each team how Claude does their work, in their terms.

1
Before kickoff

Basics

Short Claude Academy courses on each person's own time. We check seats, access and usage rules with your admin.

2
Weeks 1–2

Company-wide session

One live session for everyone. Hand Claude a real task and get a finished document back.

3
Weeks 2–6

Department sessions

Sales, finance, operations, leadership. Each team leaves with tasks to hand to Claude that week.

4
Weeks 4–12

One-on-one coaching

We take the task that eats each person's week and cut it down together.

No automation projects in the first 90 days. People first learn to do their own work faster. Office hours and a shared chat channel run the whole time.
One-on-one coaching

"What task eats your week that you'd happily never do again?"

That's the first question we ask each person. We go after the grunt work, not the work people enjoy, and work it with Claude until it takes a fraction of the time.

Why Ralston Consulting

Business coaches first. Not prompt trainers.

We talk to your staff and executives about their work: their customers, their numbers, their bottlenecks. We run our own firm on Claude every day, so we teach from use, not from a slide deck.

FAQ

Questions we hear

We rolled out Claude months ago. Is it too late?

No. Six months in, after the early excitement has faded, is when this program helps most.

Do you work with Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT?

This program is built for Claude Team and Claude Enterprise. If you use something else, call us and we'll tell you whether we can help.

How do you measure success?

Login counts say little. We ask people whether Claude is now their default tool and how many hours a week it saves them, and we check with their managers.

Will you automate our workflows?

Not in the first 90 days. Automation that crosses teams comes later, as a separately scoped project.

What about our data?

We work inside your Claude organization, under your admin's settings and your usage rules.

How much does it cost?

It depends on your plan and headcount. We quote after a 30-minute call.
