On each call, we agree on homework that you complete before you schedule your next call.
How it Works
Your unlimited year of Momentum Leadership Laser Coaching begins with a 30-minute launch session, where we'll get to know you, select a direction, and create your first plan (including homework!).
Once you've completed your homework, you may schedule your next 15-minute coaching session. We will review your progress, celebrate or iterate, and take on the next big Stuck in your leadership world.
1) A 30-minute launch session:
- WELCOME - Tell us about yourself, your situation, and your hopes for laser coaching together.
- Name the STUCK - What will we start building momentum toward?
- UNPACK for Insight - Here's where we work together for perspective - for actionable "Ah-Ha's"!
- PLAN - Objective, Situation, Measures of Success (KR's), Study the Gap, Generate Next Actions…
- Agree on your HOMEWORK - we'll agree on the next action for you to take to resolve the situation and regain momentum.
- Check for a FIT - If at the end of our first 30 minutes, either of us is concerned that there might not be a perfect fit, we'll arrange for a full refund, right away.
After this first session, you will receive:
- a recording with a summary and transcript,
- a copy of your homework,
- a link to schedule your next 15-minute laser coaching session (once you have COMPLETED your homework).
2) Each following 15-minute Laser Coaching session:
BEFORE you may schedule your NEXT Momentum Leadership Laser Coaching session, you must complete your homework as agreed in the previous session.
- REFLECT - This is where we integrate your evaluation and learning.
- CELEBRATE or Iterate - Did we win, or is there more to do?
- UNPACK for Insight - Here's where we work together for deeper perspective - more actionable "Ah-Ha's"!

Q. What if I get stuck on the homework or need support between calls?
A. Don't worry, if you get stuck on the homework or need support between calls, we're just an email away. We're about momentum, not barriers.
Q. What if, at the end of the first 30-minute launch session, I'm not sure this format / my coach is a match for me?
A. Two paths:
- If, during our first 30-minute call, either of us feels like this is not a perfect solution to help you get the results you're aiming for, we will refund your money immediately - no questions.
- At your coach's discretion, if they believe one of our other coaches would be perfect for you, they will offer you an opportunity to meet with the other coach and see for yourself.
Q. What if I want to request a refund after proceeding with my 15-minute Laser Coaching sessions?
A. The refund offer is only available at the end of your 30-minute Launch session.
Q. I KNOW myself, and I do better with more interaction and structure.
A. Think of Momentum Leadership Laser Coaching as a check-in to reflect, gain insight and plan, counting on your proven execution skills between check-ins.
